The application reads event titles, start/end times, descriptions, locations, status, event/calendar identifiers and source links solely to synchronize the account owner calendar to the authorized personal Notion database, avoid duplicates, and reflect changes or cancellations.
Authorization credentials are stored in access-restricted files on the personal VPS. Sync receipts, identifiers and backups are stored on that server. No calendar records or credentials are exposed by this public information website.
Event information is sent only to the authorized personal Notion database. The application does not sell data, use it for advertising, or provide it for model training. Google and Notion are the owner source and destination services. The sync runner does not depend on AI models or Hermes execution.
The owner can revoke access in Google Account connected-app settings. Revocation stops future Google access; existing Notion records and server backups are not automatically removed. The owner manages deletion of stored records and credentials.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API Services User Data Policy.
